Do you take credit card payments?
Yes, we do. We take credit card payments for both one-time services and for monthly plan subscriptions as well.
Can I pay for one-time walkthrough of my home?
Yes! There's no obligation to subscribe to our plans. If you just need an Annual Maintenance to be completed, we can schedule for that after your Discovery Assessment.
Do you repair or install the equipment (eg. Furnace, Water Heater, Humidifier...)?
No, we strictly do the maintenance services as recommended by the manufacturer and as expected of homeowners only. If you require further attention on the equipment, we will notify you, but we do not do repairs or installs just so we can keep our professional suggestions unbiased.
